Thorp Arch, Wetherby

Adding to what is already the largest commercial property site in Wetherby, we were tasked with the design and build of three new industrial units with first floor offices in early 2016. These new additions to the estate, incorporating portal frames, were all of a similar size – 1130,2, 1125m2 and 1185m2. Our efficient planning and on-site experience resulted in an overall presence of just 3 weeks, taking one week per unit to erect.
