Jade Business Park
This project contracted Nationwide to design, manufacture, supply and erect five buildings which created seven industrial units over the space of four plots for Phase One of Jade Business Park. Each building consisted of a single span portal frame which was primed with High-Build Polyamide-cured Zinc Phosphate. In total, the fully occupied units cover 14,866m2 of land, completed in just a two-month period. The next phases plan to build on 40 acres around the fully occupied units built in Phase One. The business park sits beside Dalton Park, the biggest regional outlet retail centre making Jade Business Park a prime place to occupy for subletters.
