Bentinck Street

This is one of our more challenging and unusual recent projects, requiring particularly detailed planning and close working with our project partners. The project consisted of two separate elements. Firstly, we assisted with the design, fabrication and erection of the extensive temporary steel structure designed to support the existing façade while the rest of the property was demolished and subsequently rebuilt. This then led to the second stage and the install of the main steel structure behind the existing façade forming the new modern offices space. The busy central London location of Marylebone added to the project complexity, with the challenge to minimise disruption to the local businesses and residents and ensuring the deliveries and offloading of the materials were carried out in a timely and safe manner with effective traffic management plans in place.
