Access Storage – Gillette Corner

This project saw Nationwide Structures being contracted to complete the design and construction of a large Access Self Storage unit in Gillette Corner, London. This particular construction task took just 11 weeks to complete. The mono-pitch structure was complete with a higher, middle and lower roof to create a visually pleasing design, which sat on top of 5 floors that created office space. A mezzanine was also put in, along with a staircase and two lift shafts that ran up to the roof. The shape of the building was interesting, as it incorporated a longer elevation facing roadside but featured cut off corners to fit the curvature of the road along with the roofs being at different levels.
