Queen Anne Street

Queen Anne Street

Nationwide Structures were tasked with the supply, delivery and installation of a 5-floor structure onto an existing residential building after Bentinck Street in London, which incorporated galvanised cellform beams on every floor up to the roof along with parapet upstands. This project required demolition to some of the existing building, then using a tower crane to lift the beams whilst inside. The job required partial handovers for every floor and took just over a month on site. The project was interesting not only because we were working within an existing building in London, but also because there were strict rules on when noisy works were allowed to be carried out due to the area where the work was carried out.
